If you’ve never been to therapy—or if you’re returning after a break—starting can feel like a big step. At R3BL Therapy, the process is designed to be simple, supportive, and rooted in respect for where you are right now.

Free Consultation:
We begin with a 15-minute phone or video call. This is a chance to ask questions, share what’s bringing you to therapy, and see if it feels like a good fit—no pressure, no commitment.

Initial Intake Session:
In your first full 60-minute session, we’ll dive into your story, clarify your goals, and explore what healing or growth might look like for you.

Ongoing Therapy:
We’ll continue with 60-minute sessions over secure video call at a pace that feels right for you. Some clients prefer regular appointments, while others book as needed—it's completely flexible

Session Rate: $175 per 60-minute session.

Receipts are provided for reimbursement through most Ontario insurance plans that cover Registered Psychotherapy.
